FREE TRAINING TO OUR CUSTOMERS.
Telenax knows that telemetry is widely accepted as an essential tool for wildlife research.
However, there are still many researchers who don't know much about it.
For that reason we have decided to offer our customers the option of receiving a free training upon request. This training can be performed in two different ways:
1.- On-site training:
This is the best way to do it since it would be done in the same area where you will perform your study and we will be using the same equipment you just purchased. Even more, you can take an extra advantage of it and we could deliver your equipment in person.
One of our experts will travel to the site of your investigation and will perform the training with you and your team. This way you will get the most out of your telemetry equipment.
Telenax doesn't charge for this service, we only ask you to cover the traveling expenses such as the trip to the site, meals and lodging. We understand that you might be in a tight budget so we don't ask for expensive hotels or fancy meals; all we need is a roof, a tent or somebody's house if necessary, and regular meals.
2.- Training at Telenax office:
You are welcome to come to our office and we will give you the theory. Then we will take you to a nearby place were we will perform field test.
In this case you have to cover your own expenses. We provide you with the training and transportation to the site where we will make the field test.
Terms and conditions:
-This offer is valid to customers who purchase at least 10 transmitters, or 5 transmitters, one receiver and one antenna. If you don't fulfill with these requirements you can ask for the training at a very low cost.
-Training is performed in a maximum of 4 days under the on-site option, or 1 day if you come visit us. The estimated total of hours is from 6 to 8. An additional charge may apply if more days are requested.
-Telenax will be allowed to document the training for promotion purposes in our Researcher's Area and Free Newsletter.
-Once the project has started the customer will provide an article of 3 to 5 pages about the experiences with the equipment and at least 5 pictures of the transmitters attached to the animals.
